Vision
At house of Praise Orlando, our vision is to encourage people to live their lives in faith according to the word of God. To live in holiness and righteousness. We believe everyone matters and is important to God no matter how far from God they may be. We are committed to extending the love of God to God’s people.
Mission Statement
As received by the General Overseer (G.O.) of RCCG Worldwide, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and communicated to the Headquarters leaders, our vision and mission statement shall remain intact, with a qualifying addendum in view of the peculiarity of the demography in the North American region. They are as follows:
- To make heaven.
- To take as many people with us.
- To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations.
- To accomplish No. 1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle.
- To accomplish No. 2 and 3 above, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.
- We are committed to exalting the name of God in all the world in His praise and spreading the word.
We will pursue these objectives until every Nation in the world is reached for the Lord Jesus Christ.
fundamental Beliefs
We believe that the entire scripture, both Old and New testaments are written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. We believe that the bible is the written and revealed will of God.
As revealed unto us by the Bible, we believe that there is only one God, who is the Creator of both visible and the invisible creatures.
We believe that he is the Son of God; who took away our sins, and that He is the Savior of the world. Through Him all things were created.
The Holy Spirit is the comforter and teacher of all things and comes to dwell in us at the new birth. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
We believe that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are one God, but made of three persons – hence”‘they are one in Trinity.
We believe that there is a devil, who seeks the downfall of every man. He brought sickness, sin and the death into this world.
Without holiness, no man shall see the Lord. We believe that in Christ Jesus, we have the power to live above sin.
We believe that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and the wages of sin is death and that God so loved the world that He gave us His only Son, Jesus, that whosoever believes in Him will be forgiven, cleansed and receive the gift of eternal life.
We believe in the Second coming of Jesus Christ. We will see him in physical form in the same manner as He was seen ascending up to heavens. As Christ’s return in the sky, those who have received new like in Christ (born-again) will be raptured to meet Him in the sky.
Marriage is honorable, ordained by God. Therefore will a man leave his family and cleave to his wife and they shall be one flesh and no one should put asunder what God has joined together. We believe that Holy Matrimony is for life and can only be between a man and a woman.
